​Occupiers of land bordering on the public roads of the Parish must trim hedges and branches and cut all overhanging trees so as to give a clearance of 12 feet over main roads and by-roads and 8 feet over footpaths and must remove any other encroachments, including all cuttings and trimmings on the public highway.

​The second phase of the St Peter's Valley foot and cyclepath connecting the route to St Mary has officially been opened. Users can now travel from La Dimerie, near the former fantastic Tropical Gardens to the duckpond, not far from the Vic in the Valley. Local landowners who have supported the project include Granite products of St Mary.

  
21/06/2017FOR THE 3RD TIME IN 5 YEARS!

Juliette Gallichan has won the Constable's category in the Genuine Jersey potato growing competition. She produced the heaviest crop weighing in at 1695.2g. "Even with neglect everything grows better in St Mary" said Juliette!
