An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Grouville will be held at Grouville Parish Hall on Wednesday the 23rd February 2005 at 8.00pm for the following business:-
1) To receive and if approved, adopt the Acts of the Parish Assembly dated the 29th November 2004.
2) Licensing.
To take into consideration the application of the undermentioned who desire to be recommended to the Licensing Assembly for the Grant of a Licence for the year 2005, this by virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974 as amended.

GROUVILLE IN CONCERT The Parish of Grouville presents Grouville In concert, at Grouville Parish Hall on Friday the 25th February 2005, starting at 7.30pm and Saturday the 26th February 2005 also starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are currently on sale from Grouville Parish Hall and Rosedale Stores, Gorey Village at £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for children.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Jersey Asia Appeal. The Star studded Cast includes:-
Pupils of Grouville School- Pat Bougeard- Ruth Labey- Philip Labey and Maxine Galante- Charles Bois and the Panto Princesses and the famous girl band "15 Denier".

Parish Assembly
An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Grouville will be held at Grouville Parish Hall on Wednesday the 2nd November 2005 at 8pm for the following business;-
1) To receive, and if deemed advisable approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on the 7th September 2005.
2) Parish Rate (Administration)(Jersey) Law 2003 Article 29(1).
To elect a member of the Grouville Assessment Committee, the term of office of Mr Philip Barber having expired.
3) Old Road and New Road- Gorey Village.
To consider whether or not the Parish should take over as public roads, those parts of Old Road and New Road which fall within the Parish Boundary, subject to the remainder of those roadways which fall within the Parish of St Martin being taken over as public roadways by that Parish.

Remembrance Sunday
Members of the Municipality, Parishioners and especially former members of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces are invited to attend the Remembrance Day Service in the Parish Church of Grouville on Sunday 13th November at 10.45 a.m.
After the Service a short Act of Remembrance will be held in the Churchyard (for those who died in the Battle of Jersey).
An Ecumenical Act of Remembrance will be held at the Parish War Memorial, Grouville Coast Road at 10.15 prior to the aforementioned Services. |
Thursday 8th December |
Visit of Father Christmas Parishioners, especially Children are invited to welcome Father Christmas and his entourage when they visit the Parish Hall on THURSDAY 8th DECEMBER at 5.00pm, where he will be pleased to receive gifts or donations for the Joint Christmas Appeal.
Refreshments will be served by Ladies of the Municipality from 4.00pm.
Parking will be restricted to the car park opposite the Parish Hall. Delays can be expected until the reindeers and sleigh have departed at approx 5.45 pm. |

Christmas Refuse Collection
Please note the following changes to the Christmas refuse collection:-
Monday the 26th December will move to Tuesday the 27th December.
Tuesday the 27th December will move to Wednesday the 28th December.
Wednesday the 28th December will move to Thursday the 29th December.
Thursday the 29th December will combine with the normal collection on Friday the 30th December.
The collection for the New Year, starting Monday the 2nd January will be as normal. |
