Election for Centenier

PAROISSE DE GROUVILLE

ELECTORAL ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to an Act of the Royal Court dated the 25^th day of January 2008, whereby it is ordered that an Election for Centenier be held in the Parish of Grouville, the Term of Office of Charles Peter Carlton Dix being due to expire.

In conformity with Article 19 of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002, notice is hereby given that an Assembly of the Electors of the Parish of Grouville will be held at Grouville Parish Hall on Wednesday the 13^th February 2008  at 8.00pm to proceed with the said Election in conformity with the aforesaid Act of the Royal Court.

PARISH ASSEMBLY

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Grouville will be held at Grouville Parish Hall on Tuesday the 26^th February 2008 at 8.00pm for the following business:-

1)         To receive and if approved, adopt the Acts of the Parish Assembly dated the 12^th December 2007.

2)         Licensing.

To take into consideration the application of the undermentioned who desire to be recommended to the Licensing Assembly for the Grant of a Licence for the year 2008, this by virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974 as amended.
